I called in regard to my dog not eating and loosing hair.I was told they were too busy.(over a month ago)nI continued calling expressing my concerns,my dog will be 11 soon.he is a Frenchie with existing issues.Dr.Stoudt has been the one to see him always.The Dr.is out for awhile. I just wanted my dog seen.nHe also was due for a pres.refill.I was told he was to be seen.When I called I was told they were busy.No one to see h ,try another vet.nAll the vets I called said they were not taking new clients and since he is older and has mostly gone to Dr Stoudt he should be seen by him.nNever got appt.His meds were duenFor refillnI called turned down for appt.nAsked for refill to be phoned innCalled again and again InPerson answering just says we are busy.nFive days ago my last call for his refillnNo one has returned my call.
