I would love to give this place a zero. I called to get my cat fixed and the receptionist told me they would not fix my male cat because he would smell the practice up because he’s two years old. Why are you even in practice if that’s how you feel about animals? Disgusting!
My family brings all our pets (dogs and cats) to Dr. Hertz., He's a great vet. Very knowledgeable respectful and gentle with our pets. Also very reasonable. It really shows the dedication and love to his career. My Family Loves You Dr. Hertz!!!!! :-) Thank you for been a great Vet!
I called for an appointment, and they were able to see me the same day. I was seen promptly upon arrival, and the cost was almost shockingly cheap. The vet was able to make some excellent recommendations for my cat's diet and lifestyle. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided.
