Very personal and the doctor called me 3 times to talk about my cat Sammy!

I’m new to the area and had not found a vet for my dog yet. He started having serious digestive issues recently and I was worried. I called this vet office this morning and they squeezed me in for an appointment same day. Even with not being able to go in and having to talk to the vet over phone because of covid... it was a good visit. The vet was very nice and explained everything. The tech and office workers were very sweet to me and my dog. Very grateful for this clinic.

They once scheduled a Sunday appointment even though they are closed on Sundays. Other than that I appreciate how the Animal Hospital is very transparent with costs and the Dr is thorough in explaining things, such as how our kitten still had fleas after giving him a flea bath, or saving us the cost of de-worming before actually knowing whether or not he needed it. As pet owners I feel like we can get annoying sometimes but he was very patient with us!nnSometimes the wait time can be a while, but this place is still MILES better than the old vet where I took my late cat to. My old vet's office was very unprofessional when her time was up, but so far I feel like I can trust the Animal Hospital to look after my second cat. My sister and I have only started coming here after COVID started, so we're excited to see the office in person once things ease up a bit.

Dr. Spinazzola and his team are hands down the best vets I’ve ever been to. They truly care about the animals and I’ve never felt like they’ve tried to nickel and dime me for unnecessary treatments for my dog. Dr. Spin really tries to help you understand what is going on. He tells you the medical terms but then continues to explain them so that you have a thorough understanding. I’ve never left his office confused. Even with COVID, his team has handled everything so graciously and every person of the staff that has handled my dog has been incredibly sweet, nurturing, and trustworthy (even when my hyper pup is a lot to handle). Highly recommend even if you’re a bit far from this location! I feel so at peace knowing I have such a competent and loving team ready to help my baby.
