The flowers we ordered could not be delivered due to a time error and when I called the shop the woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She immediately offered to deliver the flowers to a different address the same night, granted this was a Friday at 6:45pm. She even offered to spruce the arrangement up a bit for the misunderstanding. After the amazing customer service I’ll definitely be going here for flowers in the future!
