I procrastinated taking my 10 year old pitbull with mammary cancer (please spay your pets!) in when she was getting sick because I was expecting I would end up paying several hundreds of dollars. I ended up taking her in the next day after securing a small loan, however I didn't even need it. She was examined which was a set initial cost, then the veterinarian called me to discuss her findings and decide on further diagnostic testing, treatments, and cost. I was so happy they didn't just do what they wanted and hand me a huge bill at the end. They were kind and courteous which is appreciated greatly in this situations. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family can’t say enough good things about VCA Montgomery Road animal Hospital. We are so grateful to the entire staff for the great care they always give to our two yellow labs Jackson and Cole. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful but I would especially like to give recognition to Dr. Myers, Dr. Vieira and Manager Adam ufffcufffcufffcRansom. I feel that they go above and beyond to give the best treatment to our two boys, both seniors now. Most recently they both enjoyed getting cold therapy laser treatments to help with their arthritis and joint pain. They left with big smiles on their faces and it has certainly helped keep a pep in their step! Thank you for all that you do, it’s much appreciated!!nThe Cansino Family ud83dudc3eud83dudc3e♥ufe0fnnufffcufffcufffc

Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Rene was awesome with both of my dogs Luna and King. They had water outside for your pet. They are so organized and clean especially with this pandemic. Thank you all for your service

Today was a sad day for my wife and I. Yesterday (Thanksgiving day) we noticed discharge from our cat of 4 years, Winry Rockbell Hanson. Only one clinic around was open, the New England Veterinary Center. Almost 400 dollars and horrible bedside manner later, Winry was diagnosed with Pyometra, which required emergency surgery that they wanted upwards of 6 grand for. With grim tidings we took Winry home in efforts to find the help and information she needed. After an onslaught and rigorous session of phone calls the reality began to sink in. Risk the pets health and life to try to make it through the weekend or prevent her from knowing that level of pain. We made absolute sure that we had no other options before we made the decision.nnThis facility is top of the line. I first spoke to the hospital manager about midday, and he helped me with more information than the previous “emergency” clinic could provide(side note do not go to the New England Veterinary Center unless you have no other options). He said since the discharge stopped then the Pyometra likely closed and time was critical. He then checked with his veterinarian on duty who was already double booked to see if she could squeeze us in at the end of the day so we could have just a few hours more with our beloved Winry. Upon arrival the nurses, or staff (I never did find out I was distraught), on duty was very supportive and caring. We knew this was the final stop for Winry and they made sure she, and we, were as comfortable as possible. They took Winry to set up the finality, and the veterinarian confirmed the Pyometra was in the late stages and it was like a ticking time bomb. The veterinarian on call had the BEST bedside manners for the WORST situation. She gave us time with Winry and even helped snap one final photo of her with us. She made sure she was comfortable in our laps and tried her hardest to no avail (through no fault of her own, Winry meant the world and more to us) to calm us down and try to reassure us we did the best possible thing in a bad situation. Don’t listen to any haters, this facility is the real deal. While we still and always will miss Winry, we don’t regret taking her to this facility with its level of comfort. 10/5 easily, best vet around.

They didn’t give me the free exam and overcharged me I have a friend who is a vet who told them as well they overcharged me and scammed me and they won’t give me my money back ! DONT GO HERE
