Good customer service found what we were looking for good prices
I have ordered several times from this florist and have never been disappointed. They provide personal and prompt service. Practically every week, they promote a unique and beautiful
great selection of indoor plants and they’re always very healthy and well taken care of! never had issues with bugs, mites, etc. every time i stop by, there’s always something new. love this location! i do wish the plants were not wrapped in so many layers of single-use plastic for insulation. it seems like a very wasteful and not eco-friendly thing for a plant shop to do. perhaps compostable bags or paper instead?
People are always very helpful
I wanted to love Bachmans but keep having problems with them. I hadn’t bought a new plant in years and purchased a croton. None of my other plans had ever had any bugs or issues. I brought it home and days later it was covered in spider mites. I brought it back and they denied there was any way it came like that. They ended up letting us return it and we purchased a dragon tree. A week later I thought I had a millipede problem in my apartment. We called an exterminator and he said it was from the plants. We knew it had to be the dragon tree as it was new. We pulled the plant out of the pot and found dead millipedes in the plant tray and some wiggling around in the dirt as well as larvae. I do not trust in buying plants from here.
