I do love this vet office! Everyone is always very friendly, caring, and helpful. My dog has animal reactivity issues, they've always been very good about working with us to keep both our anxiety levels down and make it the best experience it can be for her. I highly recommend them. I've dealt with numerous vets in the office. I've had positive experiences with them all. Dr. Boudreau once stayed for what felt like forever to get porcupine quills removed from my dog. She was having trouble with the last one and kept at it with numerous attempts so I could avoid going to the emergency vet hospital, a hefty bill, and having to have my dog put under. She was finally able to get the last quill to avoid all that! Very grateful! Thank you!
I followed Dr Mellon to the Palmer office since Boston Rd is closing.nI can't say enough about her. She's very caring and understanding. She is the best vet we've ever had and I wouldn't want to bring my 'furkids' to anyone else. If I have questions she always returns my call promptly.
Very friendly, caring people who work hard to keep my furmily alive
