I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. I went with the creative director whimsical option and requested a couple of colors.They were delivered on time AND they sent me a picture of the flowers before they went out for delivery which was appreciated. The person who received them said it was one of the prettiest arrangements they’d seen. As for price point, I was satisfied for the size of arrangement at the price I paid. So happy and very impressed overall. I will definitely be buying from them again.
I live in Northern MN and was searching for a local florist to deliver flowers to a friend in Mpls. Dean answered my call and was kind and so helpful. He listened to the situation and was understanding and really made ordering the perfect arrangement easy. He even helped inspire a card that put a smile on my friend’s face all day! Spruce Flower’s customer service was outstanding! I got an email update and a text so I knew when the flowered were created (see the text below) and delivered! Beautiful arrangements are one thing, but combined with the best customer service I’ve had in 5 years, I would recommend Dean and Spruce Flowers to everyone! Thank you Dean!
I LOVE Spruce - have used them many times over the past few years for flowers as gifts, for our home when entertaining and when selling a home for photos. I always forget to review them but when I was looking for their website to place another order tonight, realized that I should. Spruce has delivered gorgeous arrangements that last a long time every single time. Only once was an error made and one arrangement left off a delivery and they immediately corrected it.nnEveryone here is customer focused, are friendly and provide an excellent product.
Getting a lovely bouquet every other week makes me so happy! Every arrangement I've gotten has been different and seasonal and completely gorgeous. Every interaction I've had with the team has been wonderful as well. Would give ten stars if I could.
Beautiful arrangements and unique houseplants on offer along with gifts and decor. Really great spot. We picked up several plants and some gorgeous pots too. Ask about their plant of the month subscription.
