Nie assisted with father's memorial. I interacted with no less than four staff members throughout the process, and each was so kind, helpful, sensitive, and detail oriented. For a hard time in life, they gave peace of mind with clear directions and options. I thought they went above and beyond in their professionalism and care. Would highly recommend.
This place is amazing. very caring, sweet and nice people. They are very helpful as well. the only complaint that I have is that they washed my daughter's plentington blanket and when they told us the blanket was in the washer we asked for them not to put it in the dryer bc the blanket is wool. When we went to go pick my daughter's ashes and belongings they had put the blanket in the dryer and the blanket is now messed up forever.....I am saddened by this bc this blanket is very special.
