Bob, Sandra, and staff members were all very compassionate and helpful in planning my mother's funeral. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and Bob helped us put together a funeral that my mom would have been proud of. The visitation and funeral went without a hitch. This was the third funeral that we've used Thayer-Rock for, and we've always been pleased with the service they've provided. I highly recommend them!
These guys have been good to my family. Funerals are not cheap and they have you at your weakest, a lot of funeral directors are complete hard sell scum bags, but Thayer-Rock has always been honest and helpful. The building is well kept, they have a full variety of referrals to assist you with your needs, I forget the gentlemen's name but he even called in the obituary for us.nnGood people.
