I ordered birthday cheese cakes and brownies and had them sent to my friend for her birthday. They were a mess. I wish I could include photos. I am so disappointed. 2 look like they were dropped and the frosting was squeezed in a giant glop on the top. I will not use edible arrangements again.

I was super excited to see my fiancé had ordered me an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day until I found that the strawberries had mold on them! I was disgusted and felt bad that he had paid so much for moldy fruit!

My parents wanted to make my birthday special by sending me an edible arrangement, a beautiful boutique, and some balloons. I received the arrangement yesterday and called my parents to take them for the wonderful gift. They asked if I had received anything else to which I responded with a no and asked if I was supposed to. When my mom called to ask what had happened, they only offered to give her a refund after they tried to claim that the order was delivered in full. She was understandably not satisfied with this and they told her they would deliver the rest of the order the next day. I received a wilted boutique of flowers thrown together instead of what was supposed to be ordered. Hopefully my mom can get her money back and we’ll look elsewhere for future orders. Thanks for making my birthday so wonderful Edible Arrangements...not!

I got a terrific box of fruit delivered free of charge. The fruit was just as fresh and delicious as the arrangements are. Thanks for hanging in there with your customers!

I will NEVER order another thing from this store again. This is the third time they’ve messed up my ordered or delivered something that wasn’t fresh. My most recent experience was last week. I called the store 15 times during open business hours and no one answered. I left several messages, no call back. Finally I got through to someone there and she told me she would make it right and send another arrangement and personally make it herself so she knew it was right. They refunded me for half. On Saturday when the new arrangement was supposed to be delivered, it never was. I called the store several times... no answer.nI just called.... and the lady told me that her boss advised her not to send a replacement arrangement because they refunded me half my money. Was anyone going to call to let me know they weren’t delivering a new one anymore? The person I was having it sent to, sat home the entire day on Saturday waiting for it. Don’t buy or order anything from this store.
