My family and I enormously appreciative of the professionalism that Jorge Colon and his staff provided for us during the worst time of our lives with the passing of our husband/father. They went above and beyond our expectations and Jorge made sure to keep us informed about everything. We are deeply grateful for the peaceful service and professional dedication that he provided for us during our time of grief.

I went with this funeral home because he is Puerto Rican and thought we would get good service.nHe didn't help by informing me that the state could help and because I paid in full by changing my credit card they would not help. When I called to asked why he didn't informed me, his answer was... You didn't asked.nHe always had an excused as to why things didn't work out. Sometimes you are better off working with the English community that your own people. I would not recommend him at all. He is not compassionate and puts the blame on everyone else except on himself.
I want to thanks all the staff and Erick for the way our family Marrero-Justiniano was treated. During this hard time we are going through they help us so much. May God bless you all.
