I've been taking my animals here for a couple years or more. While the care seems to be fine, it isn't excellent. I've had to ask extra questions to get them to check my animals out completely. I often get a slight attitude in all interactions with the Clinical staff (front desk staff has always been wonderful).nnPoor bedside manner is basically my main complaint. And when you have to pay hundreds of dollars for a basic annual canine wellness exam, it's nice to have a good experience on top of that.
I have an old dog that is really hard to figure out when she's not well. The Vet is thorough when determining what could be wrong. Nice people working there!

I ended up with this vet because pretty much every other office in the area are full and not taking new patients and I can’t recommend them at all. I regret even trying to get care for my cat here. The vet doesn’t listen to your concerns at all, treats you like a moronic child if you try to inquire more about actual treatment or testing, and then handles your cat like a bag full of rice. No consideration, rough, and rude. I was really disappointed with her attitude, especially after the vet tech who helped us bring my cat inside was so careful and considerate. To top it off, their front staff doesn’t seem to know how to schedule appointments so there’s actually time to be seen, or how to treat people with the faintest amount of professionalism or politeness. Every time it’s been almost 1-1 and a 1/2 hour wait time for an appointment scheduled, which means sitting in the car with your scared animals for a long time while running your car so you and your pet don’t freeze or get overheated. Over all, the feeling from this office is that they don’t really care about you pets, and they certainly don’t care about your concerns for your pets.
We really appreciate their care and compassion! We recently had our dog in to be spayed and they thought ahead to her upcoming shot schedule and gave her those as well as clipped her nails while she was out. While that may seem simple or obvious, it was very much appreciated
