Took my dog there for an ear infection with a 9:00 appointment. Waited til 9:30 when I called back into the office to see if they forgot me. At 9:40 they came out to get my dog, only for them to call me back to inform me they were to busy for them to look at her. They said for me to leave her and they would call me later when she was ready. So in a cage she goes. At 12:30 they call to tell me she's ready, I return to get her, presented with a large bill for a follow up appointment. Get home to find to check out her and the bill to find her ear was never cleaned, and they had charged me a 16.00 day ward care. It was there fault she had to stay. I called to complain and left a message but needless to say they never called me back. Very disappointed with their services.
Have been a customer at All Creatures for 9 years. Always excellent in caring for our furry family.
I cannot say enough about this place and it's people. I owe a huge debt of gratitude but don't know how I'd ever repay what they gave to me and mine when we needed immediate and immense amounts of help...thanks again and forever !
Dr was great. 1 assistant needed an attitude check. Poor bedside manor.
Easy drop off & pick up for pet appointments. I like that they are keeping the public out of their building & keeping it as safe as possible. They go over the information outside. Our dog was in & out in no time. Healing great!
