I ordered a bouquet to be sent from out of state, and it was a wonderful experience. Communication was easy and the flowers were gorgeous!
I rarely write reviews but my experience with Florals by Fittsy was remarkable. I've honestly never had such friendly and helpful customer service. I purchased flowers for my Mom's birthday on the day of and even though though she was quite busy she took the time to think of a unique and thoughtful gift basket. She didn't even hesitate to deliver them later that day - truly above and beyond. Easily best experience I've had with a florist.
Michelle is amazing and so is her work! She created a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière for my wedding. She was even able to get peonies in January! I will definitely work with her and Petalage again in the future!
Michelle does an amazing job! Found her bouquets via a local Portland shop and the flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and lasted for over a week. Since then, I have gone directly to her website and ordered bouquets for friends and special occasions. She does local delivery - which is super convenient - or Portland pickup. I love using her vs going to a larger floral chain. Puts a personal touch on everything. Would highly recommend!
