Females answering phone need a lesson in proper phone etiquette and customer service. No sign of customer appreciation whatsoever. I detected an eyeroll in both of their tones. Unacceptable.... I do not recommend this company. I'll go where my patronage is appreciated.
I went in this morning for a gazing ball and there were two employees working. One employee, an older lady did her best to help me. She was very nice but was unable to answer my questions. But the second employee, a younger girl, got upset that she had to be taken off her personal phone call in order to help us. I did not appreciate the second employee's demeanor. I don't think I'll come back.
