We have had many pets over the years and have ALWAYS had a positive experience at BHCAH.
Had to change my rating from 5 star to 1 star, I’ve taken both my huskies and German Shepard there with no problems , I made an appointment Saturday for my Shepard’s nails to be clipped and was informed that due to staff shortage and COVID I would have to pay for an additional service in order for his nails to be clipped . This made no sense and I explained that I’ve brought my dogs there before during COVID and this never applied so they are willing to lose a customer because I won’t pay for an additional service that I do not need. I called around and it seems this is the only place that is doing this . Would not recommend
I've been taking my cats to Big Hollow since 1999, when I adopted my first kitty. Super nice, very knowledgeable and always available.
I absolutely love this place! I first found them when my dog was having a severe allergic reaction and I had no means of taking him to see a vet at that moment. Big Hollow was willing to work with me on a payment plan! They said the money wasn't as important as seeing my doggo get better. And boy did he ever!! Thanks to their loving care, he looked like a completely different animal. The vet techs kept raving about how much he had improved in such a short time, but it was all thanks to them and the amazing vets at Big Hollow! Will never trust another hospital with my fur babies the way I trust them :D
We've been coming here for over 10 years and gave always had great care!
