I'm impressed, so far. They have enough staff to fit you in same-day if necessary.nSo far, everyone is friendly and professional.nMy sweet dogs seem to be glad to walk in the door... they remember bad treatment, which is one reason I switched to THIS clinic.nTheir app works well, and staff gets back to you promptly.nPrices are competitive so far.
Being new to the area, we needed to establish a vet for our dogs. Researching online reviews and poling our neighbors we decided to go with Meadowbrook.nnThe facility is clean and surfaces sanitized with little tags letting you know rather than just guessing. This gave us peace of mind during Covid.nnThe staff from check in, to the assistants and the vets are professional, reassuring, and thoroughly answers our questions and concerns.nnWe are happy knowing we made the right choice!.
I genuinely love Meadowbrook and the wonderful things it has to offer. My dogs are so excited and know the minute we pull in the lot. Whether it's a check-up, a day at daycare, or a weekend stay at Bark District, their tail is always wagging on the way to and from. The vets have been there for my dogs in emergencies and have helped with tough times, and I am comforted to know my dogs are in such good hands. I simply can not recommend Meadowbrook enough. Offering my dogs a great home away from home!
I have been using Meadowbrook since mid-1990's when we adopted a dog. The original owner used Meadowbrook and we chose to stay with them because of health issues. I now have another dog with Meadowbrook. They have always been caring, very accommodating to me (adopted dog with health issues could be not-very-nice to vets). I really appreciated the help with that dog as he meant the world to me, especially after my husband died. They are currently just as great with my current dog. Always there for me.
All of the staff and doctors are very complete and conscientious in providing the best care for our pets. They followed up with calls to check on my pet's health improvements. They also went above and beyond to help me set up the accounts with other vendors for needed supplies. I appreciate most that they are knowledgeable and caring.
