Dr. Turner was excellent. Our cat was sick and so we took him in and they gave him some medicine and sent him home. The next day (Christmas Eve) Dr. Turner texted us to check up on Chewy. He still wasn't doing well so Dr. Turner suggested he be hospitalized. He was there for about 4 days. Each day Dr. Turner gave us updates on how was doing. He's home now and very active and we are so thankful for Dr. Turner and the staff. Everyone was so kind.

The staff was very kind, however, it took way too long and way too much money for the guess work they did. Thought my kitty MIGHT have a UTI. They kept her TWO days, NEVER ONCE contacted me with any sort of update; I had to call them every day and I waited to give them a chance to contact me but by 4pm I still hadn't heard a word! Then they say she needs to be hospitalized because she wasn't eating...she wasn't eating because it took them 2 days (which they told me the second day would be free but they charged me!) just for a urine sample and they still couldn't give me an answer yet charged me $422 and claimed that was even after a $120 discount??? This is why animals suffer!! People can't afford to be ripped off every single time!!!!! This was my first and LAST appointment with them!!!!!!

They were very courteous, kind to every animal I saw go in there. With my cat who was leery of new people, the Dr took extra care and didn't push him.nIf you want a fantastic clinic and Dr for your animal I recommend this place highly!!
