Had a flower arrangement made to accommodate an urn for my sisters celebration of life. Ordered the premium version for extra charge. The flowers delivered didn't even look like the pictures on the website which is apparently the standard version. So mine should have been bigger. Nope. Verrry disappointed. Called to talk to the owners. He told me next time go to hyvee. The worst customers service I've encountered in a long time.

I ordered 10 dozen of roses for my girlfriend. The roses was absolutely perfect. Beautifully arranged. Prompt service. Very helpful service. All around great experience! Definitely recommend
