My pup was having ear issues, my current vet was unable to get him in without charging me a after hours visit fee, as well as being very rude. I reached out to animal care clinic in search of a new veterinarian. They were over booked, butnallowed me to come in to the office 30 mins prior to opening to get him the medical care needed, as well.as making us feel right at home.. Wonderful people, highly recommended.
Everyone there is always so nice and compassionate. They go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They also explain everything they are doing in depth so you understand.
I had to say goodbye to my fur baby of 16 years and it was one of the hardest days I have ever had. The vet was incredibly supportive of a very tough decision. Even casted a paw print. I know that is one of the hardest parts of their profession and I am grateful we found this clinic. Thank you for you compassion and professionalism.
We had to find an emergency vet on the road - and Dr Kluka did a great job! She got us in right away, and was very attentive and thorough. And our dog sure loved the treats ud83dude00
If you like the large fancy clinics where hard-to-access veterinarians hide in back behind layers of greeters and vet-techs, then Dr Carol’s clinic is not for you. And you won’t like Dr Carol’s clinic if you prefer large fancy offices with large emotionless staff who don’t know you or your pets even after multiple visits. At this small clinic, Dr Carol or her staff will usually greet you by name, and probably already know the names of your pets. Then they will provide great care at reasonable prices, as if your pets were there own. And when it’s eventually time to say good-bye to your pet, there is a good chance you will see their tears. That’s the type of vet-clinic I value, so I’ve been making the 20 mile drive to this Chillicothe clinic for almost 10 years.
