We have been seeing Dr. Suzanne for all our pet needs and services for 10 years +. She and her staff are professional and exceptional people that take that extra step to provide support and medical care when it’s needed most. Always walk away knowing we received the best treatment possible from minor conditions to major injuries, or the basic maintenance for our pets care. If you want the best care for your fur babies, I insist anyone to visit Knoxville Veterinary Service!!!
I just love my Vets, and the assistants! I feel like they really care about my kitties. I’ve never felt overcharged, and always felt like they’ve been given the best care and love. I recommend them to EVERYONE!
I absolutely love this vet! They go above and beyond for the needs of your animals. The ladies are sweet and amazing. And ofc very professional!!! This clinic is worth the hr and 30 min drive for me. And will continue to see them. Thanks for everything guys!
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating upon our sudden discovery that our one dog was missing the bordetella vaccine. Squeezed us into an appointment in the midst of our cross country road trip after asking a few vital questions, and gave us the necessary records.nnOnly downside was the lack of COVID precautions on behalf of the staff, including our vet tech not wearing a mask. However, this seemed pretty common in the area in general.nnVery grateful for their expedient help!
I needed a second opinion on my dogs health. I love my regular vet but not the answer they gave me. I have a few friends who take their pets to Knoxville Veterinary and suggested them. They got my girl right in, they were very curitous and care about my pets health. Dr. Lundeen spent a lot of time getting to know about my pet and her health and what is going on with her. I felt she listened to me and gave me several options to make her better. I will definitely be taking her back. Thank you to everyone who took the time to love her as much as much as I do. They even called a few days later to check on her and see how she was doing.
