Everyone there is awesome. Dr. Max is the best caring vet ever. I lost 3 pets within 6 months time and they were there to comfort us. I now have a new kitten and Dr. Max sees him too. I will never go anywhere else.
I have very feisty English Lop Rabbit so finding a vet for her is hard to come by so I’ve been so lucky to find them. I drive over an hour half to come to Downers Grove Clinic because whether I am dealing with the vet (both which are great and extremely thorough and never make you feel rushed) their staff is amazing too. They keep you posted how your pet is while they are in their care which as a pet mom means the world to me.
Couldn't be in better hands if you tried. They are reasonably priced, and super helpful. Dr. Shirley, Dr Max, and Dr. Graham have all helped my kitten receive the best care, and have answered my questions thoroughly. The girls in reception are also super sweet and take time to answer any questions. Can't recommend enough!
Kitty owner again after having been 15 years plus. They were wonderful making the first time vet visit smooth. We had to handle this when there was a tighter lockdown due to COVID-19. They are extremely safe. Took higher than asked for procedures to ensure safety and health. Isabella fell in love with the staff... and I think it went the other way too ❤ufe0f
Very professional, friendly, honest, and informative, plus their prices aren't too bad either. We moved, tried a few places closer to our new home, and still ended up bringing our dogs here. I'm pretty sure I've had each veterinarian that works here, and theyre all great.
