The VCA is awesome! The staff is so nice and friendly that it makes everything feel so easy to do. The doctor is also very nice and explains everything simple and he gives his opinions and options which is great. I would recommend the VCA West Suburban Veterinary Hospital to any person or friend looking to get their animals checked up on.

My experience with this VCA location was absolutely wonderful on yesterday.nnI recently got a new fur baby and had called around looking to see where to take her for Veterinary services. My friend from Texas recommended that I try a VCA. I ended up choosing this one because It was close to home and then the person that answered the phone (Michelle)was amazing! Very informative and patient. She answered every question I asked with full details and options and was unbothered by my extreme amount of questions.nnUpon arriving on Wednesday afternoon, everyone was so kind, friendly and compassionate. (Laura) was great with handling my baby and explaining the process.nnDr. Gibson, was great as well. SupernInformative, gave me recommendations, listened to my concerns and helped me to understand everything. I just hated that I couldn't go in with my baby. I should've asked them to take photos for me. 1st Dr. Visit and all.nnThis VCA is awesome! The staff madeneverything feel so easy. They tookntime with me and my baby, and I greatly appreciate that. I look foward to looking into their other offered services such as training.nnI would recommend the VCA West Suburban Veterinary Hospital to any person or friend looking to get their animals checked up on.

Best veterinary ever!nnMy new puppy started vomiting and diarrhea four days after I took her home. I sent her here on the second day because my other two pets are also registered here and she was tested parvovirus positive. She was hospitalized for 12 days and her condition was once critical. But Dr. McCallion and Dr. Childs never gave up on her, they sacrificed their weekends to take care of her until she was fully recovered. Other staffs are also loving and enthusiastic. They cheered me up during my each visit when my puppy was hospitalized. This is a place where people truly love and care about animals. They are always looking for the best for their fur patients and their human parents.

Awesome curbside vet care. Very sweet, patient, and attentive vet assistants. Support staff pleasant and efficient. Competent and caring Veterinarians. Would highly recommend for ultimate care of all our beloved pets.
