This is an excellent clinic. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.nThey were able to help me on the short notice and made this experience a very nice one. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Torok is an amazing veterinarian. She is so kind and sweet to our cat who is super scared of everything. She knows exactly how to treat him and has a fantastic knowledge and skill set. She always makes sure to do what is best for our pet. We moved and still drive the 5+ hours just to see her, she is that good. Her staff are also super friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier.
Dr. Torok has been my go-to vet for close to 7 years now and she's always been so wonderful with my dogs. She's super attentive, and genuinely cares. One of my dogs is a pain at the vet and she's so patient with him, which I really appreciate. I drive an hour each way to get to her since she opened her own practice...that's how much I recommend her :)
They came out within a few minutes of me checking in via phone. They called with the follow up to discuss any issues. It was a great experience.
My senior dog is a new patient at Urban Veterinary Associates and I am so impressed with my first visit! Dr Torok spent so much time with us, thoroughly addressing all of my concerns and developing a health plan for us. I love the range of services/options that are available and most importantly the education provided to help me make decisions with confidence. I learned SO MANY helpful things today and I am feeling confident entering my pup's golden years under Dr Torok's care!
