If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had a 2:30 apt and we were left waiting while we overheard them talking about white vs. black vs. Hispanic families and how great their cash flow is. This while my daughter is grieving a pregnancy loss. We left and told them what we overheard. Awful experience.
Incredibly professional and clean. Met with my family and I multiple times throughout the process. Thanks again for everything.
Very strange and uncomfortable experience. I am not sure how this place has over 4 stars. My husband went in with my In-laws to make arrangements and the funeral director that was helping them was very unprofessional and rude. He kept asking super uncomfortable questions and cracking jokes. You would think being a funeral director you would show some compassion to the family's that come in and make them feel welcome. Terrible experience!
Had a great experience given the circumstances. The entire staff was professional and the chapel was very clean.
