We’ve had a great experience at Forest Glen animal hospital! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and always responsive. They’ve always been able to figure out a way to get our dog in for last minute appointments. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new vet!
I am adopting a senior cat that needed some tender loving care. Nails were puncturing her paws and she was in pain. They took such good care of her. She got her shots, blood and etc workups, and then the nails. They gave her a foot bath too! Even though she got pain medication, she refused to take it. However I think she feels so much better with the nails cut that maybe she doesn't feel pain. I like that nobody goes into the Hospital. Waiting room is your own car. They give you updates. It was a very comfortable atmosphere from where I was sitting!
We have been taking our dogs to Forest Glen Animal Hospital for nearly 7 years. The doctors, techs and staff are wonderful and we trust them completely with our dog’s health needs. Last year we had to put down our 17 year old dog and Forest Glen made one of the worst moments of our lives much more comfortable. Dr. Ferguson took her time first talking with us about our older dog and his many health issues and difficulties. She made us feel more confident and comfortable with our decision and the process was quick and peaceful. They also handled cremation and sent us condolences card signed by staff and with our dogs paw prints included. They truly went above and beyond and we will never forget it. Now, during this pandemic, I have visited twice with our other dog. I am so impressed with the safety/no contact system They have in place. They are thorough and it is greatly appreciated.
First time taking my dog and it was the best experience. He had been going to another vet and he never had an exam like forest glen did. The Dr was very kind. She explained everything to me about the exam. She was very patient and smart. Thestaff was very helpful and kind as well. I’m so happy that I made the change.
They are dedicated to cats. Haven't really compared prices but seem a bit pricey. They like tests to verify diagnosis. They work with me to provide for my guys. They personalize the kitties with photos and such and the place is immaculate. Always feel my kitties are well diagnosed.
