Best Hospital....
I usually have a good experience here. Friendly staff, amazing doctor. No problems, however, today I called to reschedule an appointment and the person on the phone was RUDE - acted like she was doing me a favor. Listen I have to work too; and I am paying for a service. I would hate to switch vets but don't need to deal with an attitude!
Clean & friendly staff and knowledge doctor. Definitely coming here for my pets needs. Doctor was friendly and followed up with me for test results.
They made me feel welcomed and cared for my furry babies. Highly recommended. There is obviously waiting time when going in as a walk-in which has been the case for me on a number of occasions. I took my tom cat there because of a urinary blockage when this hard pandemic times were starting and they worked with me well as far as the cost of the treatment is concerned, because I must admit times were tough then.nI'd also like to mention my first encounter with this hospital, it was when my female cat had a very advanced Uti I really wasn't aware of and yet they worked very diligently with me to help with my baby and for all their concern and flexibility I will be ever so grateful. I would trust them with my pets any day.
