My overall experience from booking the appointment to visiting was extremely comforting, welcoming, and informative. The vet recommended the proper vaccinations and checks that needed to be done during my first visit. The team was extremely playful and gentle with my puppy during his first vet visit! The follow up also felt very personal. My pup and I truly love the vet! I have a rambunctious puppy and the team was so kind and welcoming to him.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. Helped us out massively while moving and making sure our cat was good and healthy to travel. Prompt and Accurate Information that Good vets provided was super useful.

First time dog owner and I really enjoyed everything about Goodvets West Loop. Before getting my puppy I called the staff and they were able to help me and answer all different questions about my dog, which was so helpful. When it came time to our first visit, upon entry, I was greeted with a very warm welcome. Dr. D and her nurse were so nice and able to sit with me for as long as I need to answer all my questions about my new puppy. My puppy felt very comfortable being with them and they treated him like he was their own pet. The facility is extremely clean and does not smell like a vet. I would highly recommend going here.
