We have been taking our yorkies here for over 5 years. Recently, one of our dogs started spotting, years after being spayed. She had to have an exploratory surgery to investigate the cause. I was anxious, upset, and nervous about whether I was making the right decision with the surgery. However, from the initial blood work and planning led by Dr. Slaughter to the actual surgery by Dr. Sullivan, everything was done with compassion and respect. The morning of the surgery, Dr. Sullivan patiently answered all of my questions while standing outside in the cold. After the surgery, he explained that he had removed several large masses and then answered several more questions without rushing me off the phone. My dogs surgery turned out to be way more complicated than anticipated, and the pathology results determined that it was a rare cystic formation. Once again, Dr. Sullivan thoroughly explained the findings of the pathology results.nnI’m grateful to this place for always providing great care. The receptionist and technicians are all so amazing and professional as well! I can’t thank you all enough for what you do, and for the empathy and compassion that you maintain throughout all your interactions. I’m so glad to have found this veterinary clinic for my dogs. Thank you!
The Medical District Veterinary Clinic is the absolute best. We've been bringing our dogs there for years. The doctors are always kind and realistic and provide a range of treatment options with potential outcomes. The other staff members are equally kind and supportive. I never get the feeling that they are trying to upcharge us and so far their opinions have always turned out to be spot on. I'm so very glad we found their practice. Five stars, highly reccomend. Thank you for all you do.

Friendly service that was timely and professional. Dr. Drew was kind enough to meet us in person outside. Most importantly our puppy was all tail wags and positive energy coming out from his check up.
Dr Slaughter and team were awesome with my 21 yr old lady. I am definitely bringing my other pets and referring her out to friends and family. Thank you!
