I brought my cat here on 3/24/19 for a exam due to an infected sore she had turned out to be a tumor the Dr. Said it required surgery which I paid for and he said surgery went fine but she passed away when she was waking up! I was so devastated cause she was my Baby which also is her Name, I told him I wanted her cremated and asked me to come pick out a Urn for her at no extra cost I really appreciated that. Although I really do miss her I am patiently waiting on her Ashes to arrive so she can be home with me again! I truly appreciate everything this place has done for me and my Fur Babies!!
Thank you! I will recommend this place the employees are the best too. They will help you in any way super professional. I went to another place but they tolled me they can’t help but I went here they didn’t even hesitate they help me quick.
They are pretty good there. A little pricey to get in the door $75 that's a lot just to see you're pet and that's not even counting whatever medication they're giving you and whatever the diagnosis is. My dog needed his teeth clean that cost me almost $400 that's pricey.
The receptionist made me an appointment for my cat and when we arrived we were told it was a walk-in basis. Waited over an hour after paying their initial fee and was never seen. Asked for a refund and will NOT be returning. Nobody should have to wait that long for service.
Called to check prices and ask what the overall cost would be. The man over the phone was very rude and tried to make me set an appointment before I could even ask my question then hung up on me when I told him I was just calling to check prices and still hadn't decided to make an appointment.nI know i'm never going to go here and I suggest you find somewhere who has more compassion for the animals rather than show their blatant want for your money.nAnother thing is i'm pretty sure most of the positives here are forged seeing as they contradict the real experiences.
