The people who work at this station are the nicest CTA employees I've ever met anywhere in the city. They are a real asset to CTA and to the neighborhood.nnAs for the station, there's a huge pay lot and if you get here early enough a ton of free street parking.nnThe neighborhood looks rough but is actually pretty decent with a lot of hard working people.

Most of the orange stations have the same island design. There are two levels, the lower is the waiting area for the buses and entrance to the trains on the second level. There's only one small place to sit in the lower. The second level has good seating and a wide platform to wait on the trains. Heating and schedule display monitors are throughout.

Super nice and the commuters are much easier to deal with than those in other areas of the city
