My family selected W. W. Jackson Funeral Home for my dad’s funeral in March. From beginning to the end we were treated as family. Rev. Rawls and Mr. Jackson were empathic and patient as we worked through the details. During such a stressful time we felt a sense of comfort.
I would never recommend this funeral home at all! The funeral director, Maxine was extremely rude. She was very disruptive to the family as they were grieving and mourning. Very disappointing. the treatment received and services provided.
I was recommended from a family friend everything was coming along together...except they didn't put my mother's plot at her grave Mr. Washington called and verified the details of the plot but never pursued my mother's grave stone.. I only wrote on this because i wouldn't want anyone to be cheated out of anything more or less their loved ones..make sure you keep your voicemails as well I know I did

Very unprofessional nobody calls you back when they say they are. They will lie to you. Wouldn't recommend them to a dead dog.
