During hard times, you are lost, confused, and unaware what to do next when a loved one has passed. Walking into modell funeral home was like getting all that weight of confusion lifted off of my family’s shoulders. Thanks to the wonderful, loving, and extremely helpful staff, my family had a peaceful service for my grandpa. Definitely recommended!!!
I am very disappointed with how unprofessional Gloria Sanchez, who handles the administrative work is. The work she did was very poor and when we asked if she could fix it she decided it would be better to argue with our family during a difficult time instead of just doing her job. I don't understand how someone who works a funeral home could lack sympathy. Horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. She is very sarcastic and condescending.
