I really don’t know what to say about this, I guess this is what u get for not being there to actually pick your purchase , I asked for an average of $50 flowers for my friend who just had a baby. $15 delivery fee I paid $70 for this . I’m beyond disappointed.
I ordered these flowers online after the shop had closed. My daughter received a job she had been going after for a while. I requested a delivery for before 1:00 the next day so she could enjoy them before leaving for work. They arrived at 8:15 am!! What a beautiful surprise for both of us! Thank you Henry Hampton!
My experience with this place is a different experience from most of the reviews here.nnI reached out to the store during my lunch break to inquire about packages that they may have.nThe terminology that Florals use, I have very little knowledge of it.nThe individual I spoke with happen to be the owner of the shop.nnDuring the conversation, I've explained what I was looking for and the owner assisted me with that.nnThe owner asked me a question about my name and I wasn't able to appropriately reply over the phone in the amount of time he was expecting me to answer, then ended the call.nnI called after a few times to get some explanation for why I'm not being serviced, then told me there are a lot of red signs but provided only one. Didn't even want to give me a chance to explain but when I did, still didn't want to service me.nnAfter that encountered with this shop, I lost interest on buying from there, due to the lack of professionalism.
Done extremely sloppy. Looked patchy. And Ordered three dozen only got 20 roses. Would never order here from again.
David was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding. We told him a color palette and a budget we wanted to work within and he made it happen! The arrangements were delivered to us and they looked just as beautiful the next day as when they showed up. Thank you!!
