My favorite florist in Chicago! Super attentive and intuitive with ideas, Rose has helped me many times with my personal quests for certain plants and zodiac themed gift bouquets! I've never felt more comfortable asking questions and always leave carrying something so special for a great price! By far one of the best experiences overall not to mention truly unique wares and gorgeous design I haven't seen any where else. Very grateful for their business and vision and will always return!
I've always been extremely satisfied with bouquets from black rabbit. I simply let them know the size I'd like and any other information I have such as color preferences, flower preferences, occasion, etc., and they put together something gorgeous every time. Their arrangements are very attractive, prices are fair, and the flowers last for weeks. As someone who admittedly knows next to nothing about flowers, I'm always a bit worried that my naivete will be taken advantage of when shopping for flowers, but from my past experience with black rabbit, I'm confident that they do great work at an excellent price.
I immediately knew I had to order from here for Valentine's day within moments of checking out their website and instagram. Such a unique and beautiful selection, with really awesome collaboration with other local artists and businesses.nnThe owners are killing it, and I'm excited to see what they do in the future.
I have never given a small business a one star review. That being said... I brought my lush completely filled to the brim with living plants, 4 year old closed terrarium to BR to trim and address a small mold issue in the soil. I arrive to pick up my terrarium and it’s almost empty and they want $60+ which I did not pay and they brought the price to $27. After bringing home my beloved terrarium it has turned now become pretty much lifeless. I wish I had a before photo to show how awesome it was. Only have after photos, I gave it time to see if it bounced back but no. After reaching out to BR they said they would replace the plant they put in- not good enough.
Absolutely the best flower shop in chicago!! Hands down A+++ I love the uniqueness and creativity not to mention the variety of plants!!! My go to for every occasion!
