First class professional service in a beautifully-appointed home. Staff is over-the-top helpful and experienced. All aspects of the services went very smoothly. The staff thought of everything - taking the stress out of a difficult time. Thank you!
Family run, genuine, respectful, and caring, are just a few of the words that come to mind. Sadly, we had to do business with them when my mother passed away (2000), and then again when my father did (2015). They are simply the best there is. They take the time to learn and advise on a deeply personal level, and they genuinely care about the grieving process that you are in the midst of, when you need to do business with them. They have been a staple of the Holyoke community for decades, and that says way more than I ever can.
During our difficult time, the staff her was so helpful and supportive. They are very professional and caring as well.
Staff is very professional, respectful, and caring. Space is clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated.
