Our family highly recommends this funeral home. We specifically dealt with Marty who was upfront, kind and exhibited tremendous common sense in a delicate situation. Our loved one was being taken care of in a huge snow storm which delayed the process. Marty had excellent communication with the family and called regularly with updates. He was easy to get in touch with via phone or meeting at the business. He went above and beyond with our loved one We will use this business again. Thank you Marty.
The hyperlink to order flowers directly from the page listing my cousin's obituary seemed smooth enough, but the flowers were sent to a DIFFERENT funeral home...! I contacted FTD and have been assured a full refund, but I was VERY disappointed... Going forward, I will send flowers directly from a local shop.
