I sent flowers to an out of state funeral recently, and these guys really took care of things, and made everything so easy for me. I ordered the flowers online one night after the business was closed, and the next morning Barry called me to explain that they were going to have to substitute some flowers in the arrangement, and asked if it was ok with me.nnI told him that was fine but asked him to send me a picture of them after it was arranged, and he did. I really appreciated that, since the funeral was out of state and I wasn’t able to attend.nnThe flowers were delivered on time.nnFamily members sent me pictures too, and told me the arrangement was beautiful.nnThanks to Barry and all the crew at the Flower Barn for making things so easy for me when I was 1000 miles away. I had ordered an arrangement for my grandmother. When Flower Barn delivered it to the nursing home, they were told that she could not accept it because some of the components were not permitted in the resident rooms. Flower Barn called me and said they were going to go back to the store to make a special arrangement for Grandma that would include beautiful holiday flowers that could be placed in her room. What great customer service! I will definitely order from Flower Barn again.
