Our specialist was more thorough that any medical professional I've ever met. We had a long list of questions ready for the cardio exam and we never got the chance to ask any of them since our specialist addressed all of them and more just within the introduction. The explanation was very detailed but not so technical that layperson like us didn't understand. It shows not just years of experience on their part but that they pay attention to the concerns of the patients. Mostly with experience comes indifference. We ended up with a lot better diagnosis than we expected, but had it been bad news I am convinced that they would be very professional and kind about it. I also want to mention that the person who handled our dog was able to read her nervous energy very well. That is a rare skill that was greatly appreciated. All in all, good people doing good work. I hope we never have to see them again, for obvious reasons, but if consultation was necessary we would definitely choose Mass Veterinary first.

These folks were so nice.. very easy to work with they took care of everything and you can tell they love the animals!!

The Drs and staff here are amazing. I brought my cat here when he had an episode and was diagnosed with HCM, and was told his condition was severe and he had 6 months to a year. I've brought him for his appointments every 6 months, and thanks to the medications he was put on, the adjustments and monitoring, here we are 3 1/2 years later and he is doing great. There is no stopping or curing this disease, but has significantly slowed down the progression. You wouldnt even think anything anything is wrong with him by the way he plays and his personality hasnt changed one bit. I am so grateful for the Drs here!
