Called, ordered,and was very satisfied even when flourist mentioned she was new to taking orders. That was a plus to me because she was nice,polite,and honest.Great customer service.I felt very happy and excited to know family friend will be SURPRISED on her special day.I strongly recommend Friendly Flower Shop.
Called to order a bouquet and was greeted by a friendly voice that was helpful in making a decision as to what I wanted to deliver to my wife for her bday. But for the amount of money I spent, I was disappointed in the small arrangement that was left on our porch. I also expected them to last longer, but by the next day they were significantly droopy. I'm used to other place's flowers lasting a week it seems with the little bag of plant food that comes with it. They did provide a card that says if we weren't completely satisfied to call them within 24 hours but I didn't notice it until much later.

Had a great experience ordering from them. The customer service was outstanding. My only complaint was, they were not able to text me a pic of what I ordered. Since I live out of the area i would have liked to see wat i was purchasing. Otherwise, i have ordered from other spots in San Angelo and this one beats them all.
