I live in San Antonio, and have tried sending my mother flowers for differing occasions via online web services. Hands down, Gloria's Flower Shop has exceeded all expectations for creating wonderful arrangements for my mom, some occasions even last minute! No matter who answers the phone, I've always received very courteous, helpful and informative customer service. I am thankful for this availability in my little home town of Big Lake, Texas!!

Living in North Carolina, I cannot be there to enjoy my families birthdays or holidays in person, but thanks to Gloria and her flower shop I can send them anything I please with a simple phone call. I love the products, I love the prices, and I especially love that the staff is always polite and professional! Only flower shop I use in Big Lake!
