This is an amazing floral shop. Couldn’t ask for nicer people! My wife ordered flowers for my mom and they were delivered this morning. They were exactly as what my wife had requested. Mom was in tears with her beautiful arrangement. What a blessing!
I called in a last minute bouquet idea for a new friend. I left it in theirs hands, not much guidance on my part. When I arrived ,what I saw on the counter made me happy. First time customer that will be returning.nThank you!
If I could give zero stars I would. We were extremely disappointed in what was delivered to the service. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture except it was pink and green. The picture we ordered had at least 3 types of flowers and greenery and was full. What we saw at the service was pitiful. Maybe 2 dozen carnations and sparse greenery. When you order on line because you live a distance away you put your trust and hope that you will get something that at least resembles what you picked. These people just took our money and threw something together. Next time I'll just bring something from my local florist so we can be sure it's what we want. At a stressful and emotional time for a family they definitely didn't put any heart or care into it.
This was months ago, at the start of September.nA certain flower that wasn't available when I went in. I was told if I left my number, they would call to let me know about that particular flower, such as when and IF they would be getting any in the next few days. I waited for days because I understand flower shops can be busy places.nnWell, never got a call so took my business and huge standing order elsewhere.
