I called in a floral arrangement on behalf of my son for his girlfriend. Faye's Flowers had it ready for pick up within the hour! I was very pleased on the courtesy and promptness of the staff.
The staff at Faye's is so wonderful. They always help me with my orders and even if I had a quick time frame, they are so helpful and they are always courteous and friendly.
She said the flowers were beautiful
These people were VERY RUDE to close family friends of ours who had called to arrange a funeral spray for their loved one they had just lost. The family told us they didn't care and treated them poorly.nnYou will NEVER again receive my money, or any of my family members money at that. You have some nerve treating people who are mourning like s#!+.
I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday about a month ago, and they were nothing as advertised. The majority of flowers were missing, they didn’t bother to try and replace with something similar, and no one called to confirm with me they wouldn’t be able to do the arrangement I already paid for. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and messaging on social media with no response. So I filed a complaint with the BBB to get my money back, and they can’t get a response from them either. This company is a scam. Please don’t do business with them.
