It was the best experienced I had. Both me n my dog. I will always be grateful for what Dr. Tully n the staff have done. I love their attitude n are so nice always. I wish I didn't have to stop taking my dog there but I moved to a different town. Bless them all.
A little wait but otherwise good experience. The staff was great with my dog.
I found a kitten by my apartment so decided to take him to the vet for shots, so I did. I then decided to get him neutered. I made an appointment. I got there in the morning and everything changed. The receptionist said so he was here before, I said yes. They couldn't and wouldn't give me a discount. I was so upset. I wanted to give this kitten, a better life. They were going to charge me $185 to neuter instead of some discount. I walked out and I will never go back again. They should have explained everything before I made the trip for nothing.
The staff was very professional and compassionate during this time . They tried everything they could do to help save my dog, but unfortunately was there was nothing that they could do.
