I was quite pleased with my floral arrangement. I use a wheelchair and it takes me longer to get to the door and the delivery driver set the flowers down where the glass door opened. I almost knocked the vase over trying to get out the door and not let the door swing into the vase.

They make very nice flower arrangements any occasion, I've made an order for my sons wedding.
Ordered an arrangement for my wife to be sent to her place of work. The arrangement was not correct and the delivery driver actually picked dead flowers out of the arrangement on the way to the front door and threw them in her landscaping. Order was supposed to be delivered in a vase and it was basically a centerpiece that might be seen at a funeral. Terrible service.
I just can’t stand companies that lie to their customers.nnWe received an arrangement recently. When the flowers passed and we had to throw them out, we saw that the vase was badly damaged and was just barely hanging on. The damage wasn’t visible with the arrangement in the vase, but clearly visible once removed so I have doubts that it went unnoticed when the arrangement is built.nnIt wasn’t a big deal at first. I used to work at a florist’s and I know that these things can happen. But I called and politely informed them of it. The lady said they would send out an undamaged vase the next day.nnTwo weeks later, nothing has been delivered. Companies that provide subpar service and lie to their customers should be recognized for it.
