The flowers were beautiful based on the pictures that I saw from the recipient. The flower delivery was right on time at the promised date, even in a business district that was pretty confusing to find the correct person or entrance. WIll be ordering with them again.
Very disappointed! I reached out via Messenger a week prior to delivery to inquire about them sending me a picture of the purchased item (rose rosary) upon delivery-given I live out of state. However, not only do they DO NOT checked their messenger messages but once contacted directly, they assured me they would take the time to snap a picture and email it and once again failed to go over customer requests. Not only did they did not take a picture, they had charged me a fee for doing so, which was never mentioned prior. Aside from it being something they could do free of charge as a common curtesy since they were just going to email/text a picture. Needless to say, the only reason why they refunded the fee was because I called inquiring about the picture, otherwise there goes additional fees for something they had failed to do. I can only hope the item looked anywhere close to that displayed on their page. If you take into consideration their prices, you would think their customer service and quality of service would be up to par.
Super easy to select arrangement & order online for delivery to my Oliver funeral home. They were beautiful & just as pictured on website.
