Everyone loved the arrangement. So many compliments were made. The delivery was early with no issues. When i went to the location to place the order the service was wonderful, helpful and informative. Other florists would not do what i was asking but Beverly's had no problem making it happen.

Ok, I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day...the original bouquet did not last very long...and I was very disappointed that they did not last...so much so that I went go the shop to talk with them. . .The reason for the 5 star rating is because they made it right...they offered to send me home with another bouquet right then or a plant. Because I could not go straight to my mom's place I opted for the live plant. I feel like they went above and beyond to make it right!
