I ordered an arrangement for my granddaughters first dance recital. My husband and I were unable to attend but wanted our little dancer to receive something special from her grandparents that live too far away to attend! When I spoke with the sweet gals at Pecan Hill Florist, they were so helpful and even made a very specific delivery happen. My granddaughter received her flowers and was so excited! I was sent a picture and the arrangement was gorgeous! All the colors I asked for and the roses were just still slightly closed so the flowers will be beautiful for at least a week! So VERY pleased with the service I received! I will definitely be calling again for any further florist needs! It’s so refreshing to know that small town values still exist and the service I received far exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much Pecan Hill Florists!

I asked for no substitutions when I placed my order. Ordered the deluxe and it was nothing compared to the flowers I ordered. She uses other website pictures and tries to make them look the same. It had completely different flowers and the colors were terrible. I had to go buy more flowers after I saw what she delivered. Then when I called she argued with me, refused to do any kind of refund and hung up on me. I tried to support local. I can not imagine she will stay in business when treating people like that. She ruined a special moment for me and my best friend. I was embarrassed when I saw what was delivered. If you are in this area, drive to Piney Rose, in the woodlands. Look at the pictures on their website are their actual arrangements. I went there and got the most beautiful flowers for my friend after pecan hill ripped me off.

I ordered a casket spray for my uncle's funeral someone else ordered one too. I changed my order to a standing spray and I was assured it would be less then the original order ($275). I was billed for the standing spray through the funeral home and I was charged $385. I feel I was taken advantage of in a time of grief, lesson learnednI would like to add that I'm a florist (out of state) the standing spray was beautiful but done with inexpensive flowers definitely not worth $385.

Do not waste your time or money with this “so called” business. The arrangement that I ordered was nothing like what was shown or expected. But, I paid well over the price for what was received. I was embarrassed to say the least, this florist should be embarrassed to advertise their name on what they’re delivering. The owner Emily is extremely rude and very unprofessional. All the negative reviews are accurate and I now see why she has no many. They will never receive my business again. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!
