They made a beautiful arrangement for my mother’s birthday, but it was quite small for the cost. Very nice design but overpriced.nnUpdate: I contacted the shop to discuss how I thought that the arrangement would be grander and that I had ordered the deluxe version but what my mom received was nearly identical to the picture of the standard version of the arrangement and there is a $70 difference between the two versions. The owner explained that the website had not been updated for a while to reflect increased costs but she refunded the $70 given that I did not receive what I thought that I was purchasing. She was polite and professional. For full disclosure, I live a place where flowers are significantly less expensive, so my idea of what arrangements cost is not in line with flower costs in Texas.

Kathy made everything so easy for me seeing that I live in Ga. She made me feel confident that she new thé area the flowers were going to be delivered too by telling me about the deer walking around the neighborhood!!!!! I knew then I had the best florist!nThanks again,nCindy SpiveynMelony Perkins

Wonderful service and beautiful work! I was so very satisfied by the friendly service and elegant design I received when I ordered flowers from Fresh Urban Flowers. The staff was helpful and friendly. The flowers were fresh and lovely. I will certainly use this shop again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Work on short notice! Very personable! Although the flowers were a little pricey, I'd say the cost was well worth it. Definitely one of the best florist in Kendall county
